Within every boy, girl, man, woman, couples, and families lies resources to address challenges of life and mental health issues.

You have arrived here not by accident because you were meant to be reading this at this time. I am honored and privileged to share in your journey to mental wellness. Welcome!!!! I am a Licensed and Board-Certified Professional Counselor with experience in the provision of mental health services to all. I use a client- centered and strength-based approach along with other evidenced-based models of treatment to help my clients effect the desired change.

My special focus is on:

Grief - helping individuals find meaning in their losses
Anxiety and depression - helping individuals speak positive words to their anxious and depressive thoughts.
Parent/Child work-improving the relationship between parents and children that transfers to other areas of a child’s life.
Couples and families- exploring ways to improve the relationship that already exists.
